Delivery & Dispatch Time

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed. Please allow 12 – 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after it’s first scanned by Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping – 2 items or less – $14.95
  • Standard Shipping – 3 items or more – $19.95
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $99

Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to place your order online and collect it from our Eagle Farm, Brisbane retail store: your order will be ready to pick up 30 minutes after you receive your order confirmation email.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  • Add your items to cart as usual and select “Pick Up” as your shipping method at checkout.
  • Your order will be ready to collect from our Boutique 30 minutes after placing your order.
  • For orders placed at night or over the weekend, the parcel will be ready for collection on the next business day.

Collecting your Click & Collect order?

  • Your parcel will be available to collect from our Boutique, located within Agnes Homewares, 7 Countess Russell Crescent, 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed at night or over the weekend will be available on the next business day.
  • A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) will need to be presented to collect your parcel.
  • We encourage you to try on your purchases in our boutique change rooms so if any exchanges need to be made, you can do them right there and then!

Can I pay when I arrive to collect?

Unfortunately, we cannot take cash or any other payment for Click & Collect orders in-store. We sell out so quickly in most styles that the only way to guarantee it will be held for you is to purchase it.

What happens if I can’t make it to pick up my order?

Pickup will be available for 10 days from the initial collection date, after which you will be contacted to arrange for delivery by post.

Can I return my Click & Collect order?

As with all online purchases, you can return your order either in-store or by post. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.
